MAP Disability Services


 

Access Social and Community

MAP provides disability support services to people in their homes, the community and socially throughout the Barossa, Gawler and northern suburbs. Disability support might include personal care, domestic assistance, appointments, managing the household and attending social engagements.

You choose how you want to engage and interact, and MAP finds the right people to support you on that journey.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

MAP offers Supported Independent Living (SIL) options for people with disability that require housing and support full-time in your home, or one of ours located in the Barossa. MAP will work with you to create a vibrant, secure, comfortable environment that reflects your personality.

Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)

Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) is an option for people with a disability to secure appropriate housing for a shorter period of time, whilst explore a more permanent option. MAP works closely with individuals to secure MTA that enables them to live safely and securely.

Short Term Accommodation (STA) And Respite

MAP offers short term accommodation and respite in the stunning Barossa Valley. Our short-term accommodation and respite service provides the comforts of quality accommodation in a private home, supported by experienced, caring team members.

MAP can also provide alternative options for STA and respite at other locations around the state. A change of environment might be all you need for you and your informal supports to relax and recharge.
