Founder and Director
Barb has worked in the community service and regional development sector for over thirty years. She has extensive experience in economic development, support coordination and NDIS planning, a Bachelor of Education, Masters of Dispute Resolution and studies in positive behaviour support. It was Barb’s belief that people with a disability should live a life of their choosing that is fulfilled and enriched by doing the things they love that led to the creation of MAP. Barbara is a courageous leader who walks with her team and strives to create economic stability and well-being for clients and employees.
Marketing and Communication Consultant
Tari is a creative communicator who loves to share MAP's story through words, images and content. Tari joined MAP at its inception and has supported the rapid growth with her business development experience in the disability sector, proficiency in procedural design and implementation, and studies in Marketing and Communication. Tari is passionate about the commitment to employee value within MAP that results in delivering quality services to clients.
Team Leader/Specialist Support Coordinator
Cathy's lived experience and introduction to the NDIS influenced her commitment to becoming a Specialist Support Coordinator, working for people with disability. Cathy stands by her belief that everyone has a right to live their best life, and everyone has a voice. Cathy's experience in the disability sector ranges from disability support worker and advocate to plan manager with the NDIS, bolstered by a Bachelor of Law and Commerce and current studies in a Master of Disability.
Service Coordinator
What Kylie Hanna brings to My Ability Pathway cannot be taught. Her passion and drive for empowering people with disabilities are ingrained into her person-centred approach. Add to this, over 25 years of experience in the Disability Sector, and you have our ultimate fit. Kylie thinks outside the box and envisages endless opportunities for participants to have a quality life and one that is exciting and connected to the community. Kylie creates opportunities for participants to grow and develop skills whilst engaging in new experiences.
Support Coordinator
Wendy Goodchild brings solid administrative and risk management experience to her role as Support Coordinator with MAP. Her lived experience underpins her belief in building clients' decision-making capacity, choice and independence. Wendy is dedicated to supporting people with disabilities to achieve their goals, realising her own by assisting people in getting the aids, services and support they need to live a fulfilled life. Wendy's sincerity, warmth, and considered approach build a productive and intent relationship fundamental to empowering individuals.
Support Coordinator
Growing up, Karen Healey knew her pathway was in the disability sector. Her conviction to provide choice and opportunity to people with disability, along with ten years of working with people with complex support needs, creates a dedicated, knowledgeable Support Coordinator. She is person-centred, committed to empowerment, and focused on individuals’ abilities and strengths. Karen promotes the values of seeing the person, not the disability, providing a voice for those that don’t have one and communication through any means.
Administration – Service Delivery
Kirsten understands the importance of creating a seamless process for clients receiving services from MAP. She brings an eye for detail and extensive experience to her role as Administration - Service Delivery. Kirsten works along side the team to ensure compliance, connection and clarity is achieved every step of the way.
Key Worker
Tania combines decades of experience working in the disability sector with an unbridled passion for people, growth and development. Her approach with people is engaging and respectfully inquisitive, taking the time to learn about the individual so the best support can be provided. Tania establishes a rapport that opens the doors of communication to create positive relationships.

The energy that comes from Taya is contagious! She is bubbly, diligent, genuine and down to earth. Taya has a hunger for learning, seeking knowledge and understanding in her interactions. She has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and quickly builds trusting relationships with those she works with and supports. Taya’s curiosity and view of the world are intriguing and captivating.
Administration and Finance Assistant
With an eye for detail, Nicole brings a flare for numbers and a penchant for processes to the MAP team. Her experience in customer service, natural warmth and kindness has fashioned her people-first approach. Since starting with MAP in a data entry role, Nicole's responsibilities and capacity have expanded across financial management, administration and HR management. Her proficiency keeps the wheels rolling and supports MAP's more comprehensive picture of exceptional service delivery.
