My Ability Pathway (MAP) provides a wide range of home, community, social and independent living services to people with disability in South Australia, including Barossa Valley, Gawler, Mid North and the Northern Suburbs.

Our services are designed to build connections, resilience and skills that create strong positive relationships where everyone is engaged in something they love doing.

An individual’s right to dignity and respect, including the dignity of risk and self-determination.

An individual’s right to freedom of expression, including choice and control over their contact with community, family and friends.

An individual’s right to be free from abuse, harm, exploitation, discrimination, neglect and violence.

An individual’s right to privacy and confidentiality.

The right to the six National Standards for providing services to individuals with a disability.

 

People are, and always will be, our priority.

My Ability Pathway (MAP) will provide you the support you need, for the life you want. This could mean attending community activities, dealing with domestic life, going to school or work, taking a much-needed holiday or heading out socialising, our staff will be with you, for you.

MAP endeavours to create teams of people that will fit with you. We engage people that are qualified, skilled, experienced and real, with the right balance of personality and professionalism to ensure you will feel safe and supported in your home and community.
