My Ability Pathway (MAP) is a leading NDIS-registered provider in South Australia, specialising in high support needs for people with disability. Our independent living solutions include Supported Independent Living, Medium Term Accommodation and Specialist Disability Accommodation.

SDA eligibility and applications are managed through the NDIS. Our team can guide you through the application process, including necessary assessments and documentation.Complete the SDA Expression of Interest (EOI) Form and one of our team will contact you to discuss your SDA needs further.
